hitby ON – Aroga Holdings Corp. is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Rakesh Malhotra, to the Board of Directors and will serve as the Corporations Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Todd Ramsey to the Board of Directors and will serve as the Corporations President. Both Mr. Malhotra and Mr. Ramsey and will report directly to Mr. Grove Bennett, Chairman & CEO of Aroga Holdings Corp.
As we near closer to achieving our goals and completing the final stages of our public listing, it was imperative that we added Mr. Malhotra and Mr. Ramsey to the Board of Directors and their executive positions as CFO and President. Mr. Malhotra’s deep financial expertise and Mr. Ramsey’s expertise in mergers and acquisitions will serve Aroga well as we continue to focus on growth and shareholder value.

Prior to joining Aroga, Mr. Malhotra served as Chief Financial Officer in several publicly traded companies with which encompassed internal and external audits and reviews, public and private filings, relationships with several junior and senior securities and exchange platforms. Mr. Ramsey has held several senior level positions including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, business strategy, development & deployment, senior operations, sales & marketing as well as the creation & integration of High Performance target focused teams.
About Mr. Malhotra
Mr. Malhotra is a United States CPA (Illinois) and a Canadian CPA, CA with more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including consolidations, treasury management and financial statement audits. Mr. Malhotra graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi (India), worked for the accounting firm, A.F. Ferguson & Co.(KPMG correspondent), and obtained his CA designation in India. Having practiced as an accountant for over 10 years in New Delhi, he moved to the Middle East and worked for five years with the highly successful International Bahwan Group of Companies in a senior finance position. After that, Mr. Malhotra worked for a mid-sized chartered accounting firm in Toronto, Ontario performing audits of public companies, and has served as Vice President of Finance for a private group of service companies in Toronto for over five years. As of December 15, 2015, he is serving as CFO for Security Devices International Inc. (OTC Pink/TSX), Infrastructure Materials Corp. (OTC Pink/TSX) and GlobalMin Ventures Inc. (OTC Pink/TSX). He previously served as CFO for Pacific Copper Corp. (OTC Pink), Midlands Minerals Corporation (TSX-V) and DynaCert Inc.(TSX-V). In addition to his role as CFO, he also is a consultant to various junior public Companies listed in Canada and USA.
About Mr. Ramsey
Mr. Ramsey brings over 20 years of business management with experience in complex mergers and acquisitions, building and managing high performance teams, business controls, as well as creating and executing high growth strategies. Mr. Ramsey holds a MBA from the University of Phoenix, a BEd from the University of Toronto, and a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario. Having built, owned, and sold several businesses, he was recruited by IBM to lead the operations for a Canadian business unit focused on key acquisition. His team building expertise was leveraged further as he built National, North American and global teams for IBM. At Bell Canada as the Regional VP of Integrated Communication and Technology sales he led the integration of the staff from 16 acquisitions into one cohesive unit responsible for 500 million in annual recognized revenue. His strategy, key execution and M&A expertise was further leveraged by Cogeco when they acquired Toronto Hydro Telecom creating Cogeco Data Services. As the Vice President of Sales, Todd built the organization that grew the business unit revenues by over one thousand percent in a just two-year period. As part of a venture capital team he led the expansion of an Atlantic Canada based energy company into the Ontario marketplace before creating and leading the expansion strategy of Whitby Hydro Energy Services. Local community involvement is important to Mr. Ramsey and since 2008 he has served as a Trustee for Grandview Children’s Centre and is presently their Treasurer.
